The Stallaini farmhouse is soaked in the Mediterranean landscape of the Sicilian countryside, in the area of Noto in the province of Syracuse, just 3 km from the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserve. The structure resides inside a former abandoned quarry transformed into an open-air sculptural workshop.
In the restaurant you can enjoy dishes prepared with genuine products and you can taste several typical local wines (Nero d’Avola, Moscato di Noto and Malvasia); the authenticity of the products enhances the traditional cuisine of the place, as the restaurant respects the original recipes and flavours.
The Farmhouse is product quality rewarded at the Mediterranean agri-food expo.
